FRUIT: Medium to large round fruit with bright green skin, crisp firm white flesh with a sharp or acid taste. Greenish White Flesh

POLLINATION: Golden Delicious, Gala, Jonathon, Cox Orange Pippin, Pink Lady, Red Delicious

MATURITY: Late April (Late season) – 25 days after red delicious

DESCRIPTION: An excellent cooking apple that is also delicious when eaten fresh. Exceptional keeping qualities, stores well in the refrigerator. Good cropping. Vigorous growth habit. Fruit becomes sweeter the longer it’s left on the tree. Ideal for stewing, cooking & fresh fruit

TOLERANCES: Tolerant of frost & best grown in full fun

TREE CARE: Plant in a sunny position with well drained and well worked soil. Take care to plant the bud union above the soil level. Water in well and keep soil moist until tree is established. Fertilise when planting and again after new growth appears. Prune tree when planting to encourage new growth.

PESTS AND DISEASES: Can be susceptible to apple scab & powdery mildew
