FOLIAGE: Pinnate or bipinnate, glossy dark green, feathered leaf becomes yellow in autumn
FLOWERS: Does not flower or form fruit.
BARK: branches olive green, thornless, bark grey-brown, shallow grooves
DESCRIPTION: An interesting small tree suited as a focal point in small gardens or in courtyards.
GROWTH RATE: Slow
LANDSCAPE USES: parks, tree containers, cemeteries, roof gardens, large gardens, small gardens, patio gardens
TOLERANCES: Adaptable to a wide range of conditions including urban sites, air pollution, saline soil, moderate drought and occasional wetness and wind, but performs best in moist, deep, fertile soils in a position receiving full sun.
