Magnolia stellata – Star Magnolia
DESCRIPTION: One of the first deciduous magnolias to flower. They have a shallow, non-invasive root system making them ideal to plant near buildings.

TREE CARE: Prefers slightly acidic, moist, fertile, and well drained soil. Does best in afull sun, partly protected position but will tolerate part shade. Apply a slow release fertiliser, application of mulch an good watering in spring. Protect from slugs and snails while young.
