DESCRIPTION: Large deciduous pendulous shaped tree, with smooth grey bark. Large round purple dense foliage that changes reddish-orange in Autumn.

FOLIAGE: Shiny purple leaves become copper and orange in autumn.
FLOWERS and FRUIT: Long yellow catkin flowers are not showy.
GROWTH RATE: Very slow.

TOLERANCES: Prefers full sun to part shade and any well drained soil.
