DESCRIPTION: A deciduous tree with an upright oval shape, growing to approx. 8 metres. This form of Hedge maple has a rapid growth rate and a more consistent upright branching habit. It has attractive green leaves over spring and summer, changing to yellow in Autumn.
LANDSCAPE USES: Suitable as a small tree in narrow streets or for a high, wind-breaking fence, also makes an ideal shade tree.
TREE CARE: Plant in a well drained and well worked soil. Take care to plant the bud union above the soil level. Water in well and keep soil moist until tree is established. Fertilize when planting and again after new growth appears. Prune tree when planting to encourage new growth.
